Approximately, one animal requires about 3000 square metres of land area for about at least five years for producing meat that would be ufficient to fulfil one personâ??s requirement for about fifty days.

No se pierdan al final del post el link que los terminara de convencer

Of all agricultural land in the US, 87 percent is used to raise animals for
food. These animals are fed more than 80 percent of the corn and 95 percent of
oats the US produces. Meat animals of the world alone consume food equal to
calorific needs of 9 billion people â?? more than the entire human population on
Earth. It takes 2,500 gallons of water to produce a pound of meat, but only 25
gallons to produce a pound of wheat.

Approximately, one animal requires about 3000 square metres of land area for
about at least five years for producing meat that would be sufficient to
fulfil one personâ??s requirement for about fifty days. So every five years,
this system would allow one human to eat for fifty days (o lo mismo que 10
días al año). On the other hand, the same land area is sufficient to fulfil
all the nutrition requirements of a vegetarian family of four people every day
throughout the year. (La simplista relación es de 1 carnívoro vs 150
vegetarianos viven en el mismo territorio)

Para finalizar:

“Nothing will benefit human health and increase the chances for survival of
life on Earth as much as the evolution to a vegetarian diet” Albert Einstein
